
I'm not sure what else I can say about this series. 6 will listen again if i'm in the mood for the narrator.📌 Where does it fall on my personal scale? 5 🎧 Narrator comment: I enjoyed Michael Dean's narration, he suits the characters, has good cadence, inflections and intonations and it's easy to distinguish the characters from each other. I can't really pin point where it missed the mark for me, it didn't have the usual "magic" I've come to expect from these authors. Story was a bit of a stretch for me, but it kept me entertained - so I'm happy enough. Would I listen to it again: probably Did the story keep me engaged: reasonably Was I invested in the characters: mostly 📖 Story comment: Good pace, likeable characters. In short, Champ needs an extraction plan ASAP before he finds himself well and truly.hitched. And, most troubling of all, protecting his traitorous heart from all the romance in the air.Stopping the pun-happy matchmakers of the Thicket from destroying the sane, well-ordered life he’s built for himself.
